So if I were to buy a $550,000 house in Livermore which sold for $310,000 before the boom in 2003 it will be worth $368,000 in 5 years? I don't know about that but now that I type it the $368,000 number looks very reasonable for what it actually should be worth now. Damn don't you just hate it when the numbers play-out the way they are supposed to.
