Inventory: New record high for Contra Costa/Alameda
Friday 04/07/2006: Inventory check: As of the close of business day yesterday, there were 8,796 units of homes listing for sale in Alameda and Contra Costa counties. This is a new record high that's 9.35%, or 752 units, higher than the November 14 high of 8,044 units.
